Terms of Service

1. The Service

ForgeFlow provides software for trophy, awards, engraving, and other custom-manufacturing businesses to manage orders, work orders, artwork approvals, production tracking, inventory, invoicing, and customer communication. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including that of your team members and authorized users.

3. Subscriptions, fees, and payment

• Access to paid plans requires a subscription at the fees described on our pricing page or in an order form.

5. Your content and data

You retain all rights to the data, files, and content you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”), including customer records, order details, and artwork. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Customer Data and for having the rights needed to upload it. 6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or infringe the rights of others.
• Upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.
• Use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, or infringing content, or to store data you are not authorized to store.
• Exceed usage limits or interfere with other customers’ use of the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by ForgeFlow and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you. “ForgeFlow” and related logos are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.

8. Third-party services and integrations

The Service may interoperate with third-party products and integrations. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms. Enabling an integration authorizes the exchange of data required for it to function.

9. Service availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, and occasional downtime. Support is provided as described on our [SUPPORT / PLAN] pages.

10. Suspension and termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing term.
• We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or activity that risks harm to the Service or others.

11. Disclaimers

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORGEFLOW WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE [12] MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ForgeFlow and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing law and disputes
